I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and then a friendly audiologist, Dr. Robertson with no wait. Dr. Robertson fully explained my hearing issues, as well as the types of hearing aids, that could best meet my needs. She listened attentively to my questions and answered all of them to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this audiology practice.
I had a very thorough but easy to do hearing test thanks to Dr. Katherine Robertson, at the KY Hearing Clinic. She took her time and reviewed the results of the test and explained the kind of hearing loss I have and recommended a very logical path to take. If you are suffering from hearing loss or having trouble understanding words, you should take 40 minutes of your time an make an appointment. Thank you, Dr. Katherine.
I’ve been going to KHC since early 2025. Friendly, professional audiologists and staff who helped me select the best hearing aids for my needs; explained how to use, maintain, and adjust them; met with me frequently at the beginning; and have tested and adjusted them as needed since then. It might be more expensive than a big box store, but I’m very happy with their services and the quality of my assisted hearing. They have my recommendation for audiology services and hearing aids.
