I love that I sweat a lot, and that I burn more calories than traditional excerscise, and I love that I am toning up effortlessly. There are classes 24/7 and it is convenient. I can go in before work or I can go in at night depending on my schedule. I highly recommend this and have referred my neighbors and others who have already signed up. #swimsuitready

This is awesome I have been going to another facility for over a year but working out in the saunas is incredible and I can certainly feel a difference
As a guy I wasn't sure Hotworx was for me but after i tried a session I was hooked. The workouts are tough and the recovery has been great, it has definitely helped with my flexibility. I'd recommend it to any guy who wants to get fit without spending hours in the gym or anyone with a busy work schedule b/c being able to come anytime really makes a difference
