As someone with a disability, Studio Pilates has been a God send! I debated for a long time about trying this type of exercise experience, but I am so glad I did! The instructor have been wonderful at making sure I am successful and will make adaptations for mexwhen needed! Highly recommend...even for old people like me!
I have found an exercise that I will stick with and I love. The classes are fast-paced, with the activities changing often enough that I don't get bored. There are multiple t.v monitors showing the specific exercise with verbal instructions and reminders. The in-class instructor is free to help with form and give you ways to get even more out of the routine. Most of all, it is an encouraging, positive environment.
