Such a wonderful studio. I have never done Pilates before and was incredibly nervous. I loved that there is an orientation class. The instructors are so upbeat and helpful. My new favorite workout!

As someone with a disability, Studio Pilates has been a God send! I debated for a long time about trying this type of exercise experience, but I am so glad I did! The instructor have been wonderful at making sure I am successful and will make adaptations for mexwhen needed! Highly recommend...even for old people like me!
