Andrew has been able to put together well thought out lifting/exercise circuits that are continually pushing within range of failure and somehow getting them to neatly fit into 30 minutes. We’ve made progress improving shoulder stability, getting me back in shape, and steadily regaining muscle mass and strength.“

It has motivated me to work out every day. Some days I pop in for a quick 15 min work out and other days I can stay for an hour.
