“If you're like me and have curly or damaged hair & have been ignored by previous stylists who just chop it off "because you needed it" despite what you say, this is your lady!I had been cutting my own hair for years, then went to Z Salon where they proceeded to give me the worst haircut and dye job in years and then charged me 100s. I waited months, then try Amy. She did only what I said and nothing more.She did a dry cut, trimmed only the bottom to help me get to one layer of hair, all the same length (I'm a ways from that), and did it quick while asking me if I wanted more the entire time.She's so kind and such a good listener, and that is huge when it comes to your hairdresser. “I’m writing this review 6 weeks after my first experience with Echo. I have thick, curly hair. For the past couple of years (and actually most of my life) I have been straightening it or wearing it up, generally combatting its natural state. Then a couple of months ago decided to seek out a new stylist and found Echo. After my first curly cut with Echo, it was like I had a brand new head of hair. I can’t begin to count the number of compliments I’ve received. My close friends and family are over the moon obsessed with my new ‘do. Six weeks later, it’s grown out nicely and I love it as much as I did on day 1. I think I can honestly say that it’s the best haircut I’ve ever gotten for my hair type.“
