“Lei and her husband have a great good size team of workers where you really don't have to wait to be served but if you do have to wait they are honest about the amount of time. They're kind, patient, compassionate and professional! They did a cute style I requested today, helping me prepare for our family reunion. What touched my heart the most is last week I brought my cousin in for a manicure and Lee asked if she wanted a set of gel nails, which she has never had before. We picked the color fuchsia. My cousin presently walks with a walker and her hands are slightly contracted. Lei took her time and put on a full set and that made my cousin feel like a queen! Lei's husband was so helpful with assisting me and getting her in the building and to her seatl! I've only been going here for 2 months but this very well could be my permanent spot!“

“One of the many reasons I love Joseph’s!!! I recently got my hair colored and did an express color, so left with it wet. It’s something new and different so they did a follow up text the following day to make sure I liked it. Who does that? Joseph’s does. While I liked the color there were a few changes that needed to be made to make it exactly what I had sought out. That follow up text allowed me to express, and Josephs to correct, something I wasn’t happy with. Not that I couldn’t have called on my own, but they made me feel valid in my concerns and more than willing and wantIng to correct it! When things go right it’s easy to be the best, when they aren’t perfect is when you truly see the core of a company! Well done!!“
