About Great Clips
Great Clips Louisville offers affordable haircuts for men, women, and kids. Their salons provide various hair care services, including haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. They are open evenings and weekends, with no appointment necessary, and welcome walk-ins or online check-ins to skip the wait. The hairdressers are friendly, professional, and skilled, able to bring customers' ideas to life. They are also affordable and offer a convenient experience, allowing customers to check-in online and minimize wait times. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the lack of access to the bathroom, which has been restricted by management. Despite this issue, many customers have had positive experiences, praising the friendly and skilled staff, and expressing satisfaction with their haircuts.
Great work from Sonia. She took the time to listen and understand what I wanted and offered suggestions that truly fulfilled my haircut preferences. The first two appointments were consistent. And so I will return. Thank you.
I’ve gone to great clips twice over the last month for a bang trim. The first time was to get my bangs cut, and the second time was a trim. Both times. The hairdressers were friendly, and amazing at what they did. I made my appointment online, so I was able to walk in and barely had to wait for my cut. I never really know what I want when I get a haircut, so I just gave them a description of what I was thinking, and they were able to bring ideas to life. They are cheap, affordable, and more than Professional. I would Recommend Shelbyville Rd.,l great clips location to everyone
Service was good. Lady that cut my hair was very professional. Couple of people asked to use the bathroom (including myself). Told it was no longer available to customers. This apparently was the decision of a manager. Heard that this has angered some patrons. What kind of bonehead would treat their customers in this fashion? That individual needs to sit by the bathroom door and personally tell patrons and possibly their children why they can't use it. My last comment is you want to have a welcoming atmosphere in your store. Asking them to use the restroom at Duck Donuts is beyond stupid.
