I would like to thank the staff and the manager Jameye for cutting my hair! I can’t believe some of these reviews. Especially the customer that had a bad experience at the Fern Creek store. It’s obvious that he brought his bad experience with him to the Hurstbourne Ln store. I just can’t see Jameye being rude especially when it comes to her outstanding customer service.

My husband brought my tween for a haircut. He broadly said clean it up. This is what was done. My son is on the spectrum and didn’t say a word. My husband said nothing. It is as much their issue as the salon. However, this was a horrid “haircut”

This great clips is great. I felt like I was treated like a person and not a chore. I tried to get my hair cut at a different great clips and the lady made me make an appointment and when I came back she said she had to cancel it, even though I was early and then told me to wait 30 minutes. This great clips I was in and out the door in less than a half hour and the hairdressers were very friendly.
