I loved it. All the stylists are hardworking and have beautiful customer service. I loved how my stylist explained the products she was putting in my hair and what she was doing with my hair. She was patient and transparent with me.

They did I really good job on my hair even if it was just a trim, wash, and blow out. My only complaint is that they denied my medical/mobility service dog access into the building saying "they don't have enough room for him" when in reality they did. He wouldn't have taken a lot of space and I tried to tell them it's against the law to tell me I can't bring him in. In the case of a medical emergency they wouldn't have known what to do to help me and he would have. I won't be returning because of that one thing as this dog is my life line but I'm the hair side of things they're doing good, just need to get people that can braid hair.
