My daughter decided to give herself a haircut. Needless to say that our stylist Kataisha was a miracle worker. My daughter sat in her chair with her bonnet and eyes full of tears. She took one look at her hair and asked. “Why are you crying. I can fix it” She calmed her down instantly. She is amazing! She was calm, professional, and the absolute warmest towards a 21 year old who is struggling. My daughter walked out with the cutest haircut, style and a smile back on her face. I loved it. All the stylists are hardworking and have beautiful customer service. I loved how my stylist explained the products she was putting in my hair and what she was doing with my hair. She was patient and transparent with me.
