My furnace went out on Christmas Eve 2022. I called several companies to get emergency service and they all told me it would be 3 days or more before anyone could come out! I called Givens & Son and got a hold of Mr. Givens who was able to come out in a couple of hours! He checked it out and it was determined to be a bad motor!! The furnace was old and I had been advised in the past that it could go out at anytime and that I should think about replacing it! I decided instead of trying to just replace the motor which would have to be ordered depending on if they could find that part to go ahead and replace the furnace! The job was completed within four or four hours and the guys that did the install did a good job of cleaning up afterwards and gave me the instructions on the usage of the thermostat!! I am very pleased and the furnace is working great!! I highly recommend this company!! The owner was very caring and was hands on in getting the job scheduled in a timely fashion!! And the guys that did the install was very friendly and professional!! ????
