“My review stems from a strange situation involving my mom. When I tried to mail her ashes to my sister in Alaska via the Lyndon post office, I was met with the news that I needed a specific packaging which they did not have. I was stressed because I was trying to get her ashes there by the anniversary of her passing. They told me to reach out to a funeral home and see if they had the packaging. I was frustrated and a little upset at their lack of customer service and sensitivity to the situation.
I called Arch L. Heady and Sons and spoke to Cody. I told him my situation and said I would pay for the packaging. He could not have been nicer and told me he would help me. He said not to worry about paying them for the packaging. Cody welcomed me and help me package the ashes. Because of him, the ashes arrived on time and safely. I cannot thank them enough!!!“

Newcomers (Mary) handled everything with expertise. She didn’t try to sell us up on the pkg dad had. It was ran very well and then the burial at Kentucky Veteran Cemetery in Radcliffe went beautifully. Dad had the military gun salute and taps played along with the folding of the flag and giving the flag to my brother. Thank you for taking care of my father. He would have been happy how it all went
