My interaction with Kyle was in a professional capacity, but I was hugely impressed with the care and sensitivity he displayed for our mutual client. So much so that should the time come that I need end of life services for a loved one, this will be the first place I call.
My Father passed away unexpectedly so going in to plan the visitation and funeral we very sad, tearful, disoriented etc. I consider myself very organized but to my surprise I had confused the time to be there. Jim graciously worked us in. He was pleasant and helpful. Prior to going in for the visitation we were greeted by Karen. She took care of everything during the visitation. She was so organized and efficient. Karen made such a sad situation tolerable as I did not have to worry about the small things. I simply can not say enough as to how valuable she was to our family. My Newcomer experience was awesome! From the first meeting with Mr. Hill to the last conversations with Kyle the day of the funeral for my husband Newcomers customer service was top notch.
