My review stems from a strange situation involving my mom. When I tried to mail her ashes to my sister in Alaska via the Lyndon post office, I was met with the news that I needed a specific packaging which they did not have. I was stressed because I was trying to get her ashes there by the anniversary of her passing. They told me to reach out to a funeral home and see if they had the packaging. I was frustrated and a little upset at their lack of customer service and sensitivity to the situation.

This is the 2nd time Arch L Heady served my family in 4 months. The 2nd passing was unexpected but I had no doubt to who I would entrust . Their service is seamless which is so important when you (I) haven't preplanned. Highly recommend
Wonderful experience with our rep Ada Rothrock. Very informative without being overly “funeral” vibe if that makes sense. Serious delicate subject but entire process was handled professionally but in a light manner. We had shopped around and Arch L Heady fit our needs the best by a wide margin. Some of which we didn’t even know going in. A testament to Ada’s knowledge and experience. Highly recommend.
