A great place to train. It has a solid, supportive community and a team of coaches who are truly professional and incredibly friendly. The workouts are challenging in the best way, and the environment makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommended.

I’ve visited more than a dozen F45 gyms, and this one is by far the best. Members are encouraged to start the workout where they feel most comfortable rather than being assigned a station. The space is thoroughly sanitized during and between classes (I’ve even seen the coaches mopping), and the unlimited pricing is very reasonable. If you’re in the Louisville area, you should definitely join!

The best workouts & gym! All of the coaches are great. You can tell Joe really cares about the gym & is very knowledgeable. Having the exercises on the screens is a huge plus too.
