I had a conversation with Bobby, about the process since the basement was fully finished, and the room above the electrical box was a vaulted ceiling room, causing some challenges. They would have to cut some accesses - possibly up to 4 of them. Bobby was able to get an estimate written up the next morning, and the techs were out two days later. Arasa and TJ showed up in the morning and got to work. They were able to get everything routed and wired up with only two accesses, and it looks fantastic. Very friendly techs, while also making me aware of other little things they found in the house along the way. I hooked up the first toilet seat today, and it works like a charm. Couldn't recommend Laswell enough. Great service!“

Terry arrived early the next morning, and quickly found the root cause of the problem, which was bad wiring done at the time of a/c install.
