“I reached out to the company through their website to get some bidet outlets installed into two bathrooms. They reached back out to me promptly to get a walk through estimate the next day. I had a conversation with Bobby, about the process since the basement was fully finished, and the room above the electrical box was a vaulted ceiling room, causing some challenges. They would have to cut some accesses - possibly up to 4 of them. Bobby was able to get an estimate written up the next morning, and the techs were out two days later. Arasa and TJ showed up in the morning and got to work. They were able to get everything routed and wired up with only two accesses, and it looks fantastic. Very friendly techs, while also making me aware of other little things they found in the house along the way. I hooked up the first toilet seat today, and it works like a charm. Couldn't recommend Laswell enough. Great service!“

“Trey and Trey were very professional and did a great job. Durbin themselves was reasonable price in today's economy. Had to drop from 5 star to 4 star, as a day after they left I had a different plug-in for sump pimp quit working. I give Durbin credit for making it a priority due to incoming rain. They showed up on time and trouble shot the issue, which turned out to be one of the tandom circuit breakers that they had installed. But yet I was charged a $200.00 service charge for an issue that they causeed under the initial job. Not happy about being charged for something that should have been correct to start with.“

“I had a great experience with Holden Hall. He rebuilt the valve quickly and I expect it to last for a long time. I gave the review 4 stars because of sticker shock; not something Holden did. The job cost about $160 and involved replacing a washer. Granted, getting the valve to give up the old washer was a trial, but I think the cost is too high.“

“I purchased a Generac generator from Morris Electric. I was very satisfied with the initial appointment with Matthew Morris. He came out and looked over the size of my house, went down the basement and looked at my breaker panel and found the area where the generator would be placed.
Dave was the supervisor for the installation. I did not have gas so that involved getting LG&E to come to my house. And Dave took care of calling 811 for flagging my water, electric, phone line and fiber optic line. I did not have to do a thing.
On the day of the installation, I had technicians Tyler and Mason. The installation took almost all day. They were very courteous and polite. They were also very skilled on what was involved with the installation. It was very impressive. I am very satisfied that I chose Morris Electric for this job. And I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting a home generator.“
