Keitz Construction
“We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Keitz Construction. What began as a major renovation—tearing off an existing addition and rebuilding it into a larger and much-improved den, laundry room, and full bathroom—turned into a relationship with a team that truly felt like family.
The attention to detail throughout the project was exceptional. Our 1920s home has unique architectural details and trim, and the Keitz team took great care to match the new construction to the character of the existing house. The finished addition looks like it has always belonged there.
Kelly was wonderful throughout the process, helping us select materials and colors and always responding quickly whenever we had a question. Nick provided detailed, straightforward bids, so we knew exactly what to expect. There were no unpleasant surprises along the way.
Just as importantly, everyone who worked at our home was friendly, considerate, and respectful. After spending so much time together during a major renovation, the Keitz team really did begin to feel like part of our family.
We were so pleased with both their work and their team that we hired them for a second major project—replacing all of our soffits, frieze, trim, fascia, gutters, and porch ceiling-- which turned into a gorgeous new, stained beadboard ceiling. Once again, the craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding.
Keitz Construction has earned our trust and our highest recommendation. We have already referred them to many of our friends and would not hesitate to call them again. Five stars without question!”
