Zips Car Wash

My favorite place to get my truck washed! Even had a bag of trash in the bed today that I had forgotten about until I went to pull in, and an attendant named Chris told me "No worries, I'll grab it and throw it in our dumpster for you.", and he did. He's gotta be my favorite attendant at any of the Zips locations that I've visited. Awesome experience today!! I give Zips 5 stars and I also give Chris 5 stars too! Thanks Zips and attendant Chris at the 1250 South Broadway location in Lexington Kentucky!!!

Chris came up to me and offered to spray my rubber mats. I never knew this service was offered and he was very kind. Carried them all the way back to the car wash and sprayed them down. Gave them back cleaner than they have ever been! Great guy and very kind. We need more people like this in the world.

Chris is the first & only employee at any of the Lexington area locations to ask if he could clean my mats or help me with anything. I certainly appreciate his kind attitude & willingness to help. I feel his service was above & beyond what l have experienced there before. Thank you Chris.
