I’ve been going to Mickey for years. After a recent hair color by him that was terribly wrong, he didn’t have the decency to correct it. After several attempts to call and text him to get in for him to correct it, I was repeatedly ignored. I was preparing for a special event, I made an online appt for the following day. My appt was 11:00. He showed up at 1:45. His assistant started applying color around noon when she couldn’t reach him. I the beginning of the month of May I got my hair done with highlights and I have not a lot of grays but there noticeable. I explained to my hair stylist that I want to cover my grays with highlights and there was no prob but when I left the salon I noticed the grays and I called back to reschedule. The lady on the phone said it would be no charge so since I just spent $200 with buying product on my hair....so I left work 15 min early to make it to my appointment at 5 and come to find out o was told I have to pay to redo my hair.
