I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience. There was a small issue with the equipment, they fixed it and considering all the circumstances, worked with me and were more than fair. I'll be renting all equipment there from here in out. You couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people to do business with.
These people are so rude and unprofessional. I rented a lift to use for my company and when we got it we were under contract. It worked for the time before lunch but after lunch the controls fir the basket stoped working. We checked the gas and hydraulic fluid. Which is supposed to already be full for use. The lift was out hydraulic fluid so we assumed that’s why some of the controls didn’t work. We got hydraulic, paid out of our own pocket, and filled it up. Turns out it wasn’t the hydraulic fluid because it still did not work. So we called United rentals multiple times with no answer. Big company capabilities small company hometown service. The salesman Brad advised me on what I needed to get my job done and took care of everything in one 5 minute phone call. I showed up on the day I had reserved and everything was ready to go.
