Eric Mosley is the best. He is easy to contact, keeps his word, and goes above and beyond what is expected. I was worried about trusting a contractor again but this was the best experience. Eric and Tri-Star helped me with storm damage to my home, garage, and my horse Patches run-in shed. They did an excellent job dealing with my almost 100 year old home and my insurance company. 5 star service from start to finish! Following the hail storm, Tri-star representative Ben Griffin stopped by our home and got on our roof to assess any damages that may have occurred. He got on the roof with another rep and took pictures and found significant damage to our shingles and the metal (vents, etc.) on the roof. Ben was very helpful in making the whole insurance claim process very seamless. Ben initiated the claim, met myself and the claim adjuster from my insurance company at the house for inspection and even stuck around to ensure everything went smooth. Ben was very professional and was always willing to answer any questions that we had on insurance claims and the way it works, I was very satisfied with the work that they did on my roof and siding. I plan on using tri star in the future for other projects that I have to do. I will recommend them to others also
