We have used The King’s Helper for many years. We had a hot water heater spring a leak and who did we call “The King’s Helper”! Our technicians were very talented and professional From the initial call to the office, to the finish, we were taken care of perfectly. They even found a line deteriorating we were not aware of and they fixed that. Local family business who will treat you like family.
In both HVAC and plumbing, King's Helper has been fantastic. I highly recommend this company. They genuinely care, are thoughtful, patient, clean, and investigate to determine the best product for the client's specific situation. They do not try to make a quick sale. They explain things so people who are not in the trades can understand. These are the people you want to have work in your home.
I’ve had this business do several jobs, and they have been reliable and have fair pricing. Fees have been a service charge for showing up and a typical hourly rate rather than a “per job” fee.
