Our 10+ year old window ac unit died and I asked Higher Hands to install the new one. It took a lot of work to switch them out. Jackie was super friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and incredibly patient with a truly difficult job. It was definitely not an easy remove/install job. I chose them based on their reviews and the fact they’re veteran owned/operated was another deciding factor. They do an excellent job of communicating. Jackie showed up right when he was scheduled. Believe the reviews. I did and had a wonderful experience! Thank you, Jackie & Angela!!

Both of the men were very personable and respectful of my home and interacted with me about subtle changes in the repair and installation of my attic stairs. A really good experience and will definitely use them again
