We live in Richmond, KY, and were looking to put in 475sqft black chain link fence in our backyard. I requested a quote via internet, and my wife and me also called Superior fence Monday and Tuesday. Nobody ever contacted us, nor did anyone ever answer the phone. We looked at all the online reviews about this company, and decided we’d have them come out, but nobody from Superior ever contacted us. We heard from multiple local companies really fast, but never Superior. I understand they could be busy, and took that into consideration. But, maybe it’s time to get an office person to handle the call backs. Unfortunate that we didn’t hear from them.

I gave this 5 star because of David Deering and his crew. David and his crew provided professional work ethics, cleaned up after themselves. David kept me informed of when they where on their way and when they got here. On the other hand MATT BARNES, the owner is someone who is a jerk! He does return call timely. He told me it would take no longer than 4 weeks to get all the materials. It took from November 3rd , to December 15th. After getting the materials, than there was the weather. I have had to pay some accumulated interest charges for his delay.

Superior Fence was great to work with. The process was very quick and easy from the quote to finished fence. The crew was here on installation day right away in the morning and got everything going. They were very respectful of the property and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the finished product as well!

This company absolutely knocked it out of the park! They showed up way sooner than the scheduled date and got our fence built in one day. The fence looks absolutely amazing and we are completely blown away with how it turned out. I will definitely be recommending this company for anyone who needs a fence built.
