I had been having a really hard time with stiffness in my back for the last few years, and it was really starting to cause a lot of discomfort. Stretching alone wasn’t really helping and doing weight training wasn’t either. I really needed help to get to the bottom of the issue. I walked into Dr. Smith’s office bent over at the waist and grimacing each time I put my right foot down. He immediately put me at ease - and began treatment. After a few weeks, I feel wonderful - no pain, straight back, normal walking. Dr. Smith is such a knowledgeable and skilled doctor. I am so grateful to my line-dancing friend who highly recommended him. By the way - I’m 81 years old - and am thrilled I do not have to give up my line-dancing !
