Sport Clips has brought an entire new meaning to self-care. From the hot face towels and shampoo to the massage, I will never go anywhere else again. I honestly have had great stylists every time. I recommend this to everyone! And all that pampering still cost less than all the other barber shops I've been to!

I have been coming to sports clips for years usually good experiences. Courtney cut my hair was rude the entire interaction didn’t say a word to me the whole haircut. I asked her to cut it shorter several times and it got to the point I got sick of her attitude an just decided to pay and leave wouldn’t come to this location again if they paid me

This negative review is entirely on the appointment wait time/check in system. The employees have never been anything but courteous, kind, and awesome. I would offer them five stars, but the flaws in the appointment system are so aggravating that I will never return to a SportsCuts.
I checked in 2 hours in advance using the online portal. Fast forward an hour. Right as I was preparing to make the drive (around 25 minutes) I check the timer again and it said 35 minutes till “game time”. Awesome. I get in my car, two minutes later I check again and the timer was at 2 minutes. I called and explained the situation. The staff were very friendly and kind, but I still lost my slot through no fault of my own and once I arrived it was apparent that I would be waiting around 40 minutes anyway as the hairdresser had 2 people she was working on.
I totally understand the stylists focusing on the customers there, as they reasonably want to make money. But I cannot deal with the wait time system anymore. It’s consistent and no matter what one does you end up waiting 30-40 minutes regardless. They advertise no appointments and walk in, but that actually ends up being a far worse system that ends up being terribly random and frustrating for the customer.
In short, the stylists are amazing but the check in/wait time system is so inconsistent, inconvenient, and frustrating that I will never been returning to a SportCuts. It is a shame, because Bri is a wonderful stylist.

The experience at sports clubs was amazing. The cosmetologist that cut my hair not only give me the best haircut I've had in 5 years but had an amazing attitude, uplifting great conversation and made the experience as almost that she wanted to cut my hair like I was doing her a favor. She was amazing! I will be coming back!

I like the online appointment tool and Mal did a great job changing my grandsons hairstyle. He was super nervous, but the finished product was exactly what he expected. All the girls are friendly and do a great job.
