My fiance, myself and our 10 yr. old son just moved out to Kentucky from up North. She tried a hair salon in Lexington that messed her hair up bad. Thank God for "Smart Braids"! They took her in as an emergency to fix the bad mistakes. They took her locks she got and gave her all new box braids within 3 hours. We highly recommend them if you are looking for professional people with great attitudes. Thanks again Smart Braids! We found our place for braids for now on!

Friendly and quick. Come with your hair washed, blow dried and ready to go. No complaints. I usually come here for my vacation hair Or for an easy to manage look. Julia did an excellent job today!! I am not sure if they get many people asking for skip-track weave, but my stylist did a great job. Next time I’ll have her do less leave out, but my braids are flat on my head and covered. I just added some tape ins super quick and now it’s perfect. I have euro hair, so I know it’s slippery and hard to work with. She worked on my head for 3 hours and only charged me $100. I was very happy because after my usual girl moved, I couldn’t find anybody to do skip track let alone at her rate. I love the energy here as well. Everybody is joking and chatting and laughing.
