Excellent service, friendly, and professional staff. Started my exam at the time scheduled. Made sure that I received all the insurance benefits. I was entitled. I highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs.
Dr. Mitchell understands my vision problems better than anyone else I have seen. Both my wife and I have seen her for years. No way we would trust anyone else. The staff at Tates Creek are also great and very friendly.
Got a next day appointment for eye exams for my daughter and myself and we were so impressed with Dr Bertram and staff! Efficient, professional, very personable… cannot recommend this office more!!!
