This is an incredible Pilates studio. Great clean studio and good instructors. I am very particular but this studio has not disappointed… highly recommend. Heather… a thorough instructor!!!!

I visited Shine while on a family trip to Kentucky -- I didn't want to lose the progress I'd made using reformer-based Pilates to alleviate a lower back problem. They were welcoming and effective.
