When they came over to first pressure wash the outside, they discovered a lot of rot in places where we thought we had wood but there was no wood. It was more like compressed cardboard. Rhino Shield offered carpenter services and they did a fantastic job replacing siding, patching up other areas of siding, etc. Overall they were thorough, detail-oriented, easy to work with, fast (it was a big job), and very high quality! We are very impressed with the final results and would strongly recommend them to anybody who is looking to not just paint their house but find hidden defects that perhaps you didn't know were there and have it done it in a way that will last for a long time and will be of the highest possible quality. My house is the first picture that comes up when you google Rhinoshield. Looks great at first. We had issues after two years that were fixed half ass. Now we're having the whole house redone by a professional after 9 years since it has delaminated over the entire house and the shutters we had painted with Rhinoshield have failed as well. Save your money and peace of mind. After 5 years they cover the paint only and not labor (the most expensive part of the job). Very disappointed with the whole process.

I contacted Rhino Sheild about painting metal roof on my home . The man called two hours before he was supposed to be at my home to give me a quote over the phone. Rhino Sheilds internet ad clearly states they do not do quotes over the phone. He then proceeded to inform me estimate was $15,000 with no warranty. I used a personal day from work to be home for the meeting. I gave them one star rating. Today 5-15-25 someone from Rhino Sheild sends me a message wanting to know who I am two years after my one star rating. Rhino Sheild clearly cares about rating as much as keeping appointments with potential customers. Rhino Sheild you had your opportunity to speak with me about this matter when I called about salesman not keeping his appointment two years ago.

April, 2023, Rhino Shield primed, sealed and painted my home. After the final walkaround, not one spot was missed on my 3 story home, unsatisfactory covering was recoated with no problem and not one drip on any doors, gutters, windows or deck. Totally unlike my other paint jobs. Workers began work no later than 8AM and worked thru 6 PM every day. Any questions, issues or requests that I made were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. If you want a quality painting of your home that lasts 25 years, then Rhino Shield should be your choice.

My house was built in 1954, brick ad wood, very dated. Rhino Shield came to, gave me the cost, and it was a no brainer! My house is updated, beautiful and set for 25 years! The transformation is amazing!!! The crew was polite, professional, and boy, do they work! Explained everything, showed me what they were doing, and SO tidy! n Every evening, things were cleaned up, and they would start again in the morning! I recommend them highly....it may seem expensive, but if you do the math, it is not.
