When they came over to first pressure wash the outside, they discovered a lot of rot in places where we thought we had wood but there was no wood. It was more like compressed cardboard. They found many spots like that. And even where there was wood, they found them in places where other services we had hired to repair things outside had not caught them.
Rhino Shield offered carpenter services and they did a fantastic job replacing siding, patching up other areas of siding, etc.
Overall they were thorough, detail-oriented, easy to work with, fast (it was a big job), and very high quality!
