Pam's quality of service is impeccable! I called to inquire about the turnaround time for a jean jacket, and they stated it would be ready end of next day! Everyone was very kind and professional, and my jean jacket came back perfect!!
I was so nervous to use a dry cleaner in town because I couldn't find one with outstanding reviews. I felt the most comparable with Pam. Took 1.5 days to clean (I think 5 items). I was so scared to take a thrifted Chinese cashmere hand sewn jacket, but it came out AMAZING. One of the tags was falling off and they even pinned it back. The rest of the items were business clothes. Felt the pricing was fair. The jacket was almost $17 and it's the first time I've had it washed, but it's a big winter trench coat. The business clothes were standard to what I'm used to paying.
