I had to have my work pants hemmed for work the next day. The customer service was so great. I got in that day and was finished within 30-45 minutes. There was 2 other customers that came in while I was waiting and we were all just talking like we were best friends and having a good old time! The customer service was excellent. They just chimed right in and loved us to death. I loved it
You won't find a better place for clothing alteration in Lexington (or Louisville in my opinion!). Inta is incredible and her husband, who helps at the front of the store, is wonderful as well. I love getting my clothing altered here just for a chance to chat with them. I leave the store laughing every time. Prices are great and clothing is usually ready in 3 weeks.
