I am relieved to say that not laying a patio down ourselves was one of the best decisions we have made. Wow. I mean, wow. The yard under the balcony was a sloped, muddy and eroded mess. Outdoor Spaces went, as one of the best idioms go to describe a service, “above and beyond” our expectation. It was a pleasure to meet everyone and Trey had no problem answering my worried questions. I appreciated that they laid a barrier down on my already questionable grass so as to not damage it. Care was taken around my existing garden bed and they even laid grass seed down when they were finished.
This was a big job. We needed landscaping. We needed sod. We needed plants. We need privacy. We needed a stairway. And most of all we needed a drainage solution to an issue with ponding and bad grading. Outdoor Spaces checked all the boxes. They absolutely nailed the design and created a one of kind landscaped experience. They brought in boulders, they installed a stone terraced stairway. They created multiple points of privacy while adding texture to our yard. They sodded nearly an half an acre for us. And they fixed our drainage issue which is something two other companies couldn’t do.
There's not enough good things I can say about Outdoor Spaces. Dave and Wendy listened to all of our needs and ideas and helped us create a design that not only fit our budget, but exceeded our expectations for function and beauty. They were both so patient and never pressured us into any decisions. Once our project began, Trey, Taylor, and the entire crew went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and completely satisfied every step of the way. I have never seen such a hard-working, efficient, and friendly crew. We couldn't be happier and we're looking forward to working with them again in the future.
