I've only been on this new health journey for approximately 6 weeks, however I'm beginning to see that I have more energy than before I started, and feel less sluggish. I'm looking forward to continuing with Optimize U, and excited to see further progress on this trip.

Optimize U has been a stellar experience! I had super jacked up hormones and they were with me for every phone call, appt, blood draw and got me on the path to normalcy! Every time I go there- the entire group is so welcoming and easy to talk to and I legit enjoy my experience and look forward to it! The red light therapy and sauna are game changers for recovery as well as compression and the Morpheus machine is a dream! I love it and will continue to use them for all things health related for years to come!
