The customer service is poor. After my initial alterations here to the length and neckline of my dress, I decided that I’d like the neckline to be taken up an inch further. The woman running the store had previously told me that it was an easy fix that would take ten minutes. I dropped off the dress and told her that I’d pick it up the next day around 11:45 to 11:50. I had a situation at work that I needed to handle that delayed me until 12:15. Follow up to the stores response to my previous review. Again the store management is lying. The woman said something that I did not hear clearly, i turned around and said “I beg your pardon?” and she waved me away with a shooing motion of her hand and said “not you”. That led me to believe she was speaking to someone else so I waived and left. She never attempted to stop me and certainly did not chase me. I was parked halfway down the parking lot so she had plenty of time to catch me if she tried. I even stood in front of the store for a moment and considered getting a sandwich at the Subway next door before walking to my car. You are trying to justify your appalling...read full review
