We have been having problems with indoor air quality and mice getting into our house through our HVAC ductwork. We also have fiberboard ducts, which can be damaged if cleaned incorrectly. MMI used appropriate cleaning techniques and and cleaned all the vents. They also used cameras to find the points where animals were accessing our home interior and sealed them up. This will have the additional benefit of keeping conditioned air in the ducts instead of it leaking out into the garage. Matt and Alex did a great job and explained what they proposed to do and showed me the results. I would definitely use MMI again as I have before.
MMI is amazing!! They were able to put 2 HVAC systems in our historic 1812 Building from scratch. Very professional and handled this challenging space so well. Awesome teamwork, communication, and came up with a very well thought out design. They are the best!
