I don't like to leave bad reviews let alone for a small business. but I asked for a shag not really a shag, with some longer layers, made sure to say I didn't want them too short with face framing pieces and feathery bangs, and this is what I left with. Just not really at all what I asked for and I kept over explaining because I felt she didn't understand before she started but she told me she understood and she got me, but she really just didn't. I have all these really random super short pieces. Even if it's not really what I asked for it just wasn't well executed or cut at all. I'm genuinely very upset and literally don't want to leave my house because I feel so insecure. Hair is a big part of one's personal image, so I just think maybe they should've listened more or told me they couldn't do what I wanted

I walked in with a dry wash n’ go and walked out with a head full of juicy two stranded twists. They turned out amazing!! Mia was so kind to squeeze me in when another salon had to cancel on me last minute. She did excellent work, was quick and affordable. My hair turned out way better than imagined. It looks so healthy and moisturized and no gaps in the style! I WILL be going back. SO HAPPY to have found someone who is so comfortable with styling my long natural hair.

I was extremely pleased with Mia and her professionalism from my initial interaction with her to my final appointment. Her attitude and the atmosphere at her salon was extremely pleasant and so was her entire staff. I'm from Atlanta, working in Kentucky and I'm so glad I decided to utilize her for my haircare needs. Although I contacted her several times prior to my appointment, she never acted as if I was a nuisance, answering every time, and she went as far as to assist me every step of the way to ensure that I got the things necessary for the exact style I wanted, and she delivered with what I envisioned. I can't imagine using anyone else when I'm in KY. I wish her much success and hope that her business continues to prosper because she has an amazing soul!Services: Braids

I absolutely LOVE Mia’s Hair Salon. Mia is my stylist and has been for over 10 years and I’ve been natural the entire time. She is very experienced with ALL hair types. I look forward to my time there. The staff is so pleasant!Service: Hairstyling

I was really pleased with the professional environment and the fact that I didn't have to sit and wait hours before I was serviced. Kierra did an excellent job.

Do not come here if you have natural hair. It was very clear after I told her I left twists in for 4 weeks (which is normal), she told me my hair would lock up ( which isn’t true I’ve done this for years). She was more concerned with clients behind me and doesn’t have any extensive knowledge on hair unless it’s fried with chemicals or bald. I went to a different salon SAME day and got what I needed. Save ur time and go somewhere else very unprofessional and judgemental. And the reply itself speaks, very childish. NEVER trust a bald hairstylist. Why would I come back to an appointment after it had already been scheduled, that makes no sense. Anyways my hair was detangled in 30 minutes by someone who actually knows how to handle hair. And anyone who knows about hair knows matted is spelled with two Ts stay broke and desperate❤️Service: Hairstyling
