Brandon and Ben were fantastic! Delivery and installation was smooth and quick. They stayed to check that all appliances worked how they should and were also pleasant to talk to and be around. Would highly recommend.

I worked with a great rep named Tommy that helped me find what I needed at a reasonable price. He was candid, thoughtfully answered all of my questions and provided clear explanations of my options. I really appreciated the helpful, low-pressure approach and willingness to work within my budget. Smooth transaction and would do business with this store again. Five stars for the in-store experience.My appliance came with a 90 day warranty. However, because I chose to pick it up from the store instead of spending, in my case, an additional 30% for home delivery, Mako policy is that I would have to physically return the appliance to the store to use that warranty.
