    I saw one of the doctors on Jan 2 of this year for a problem I was having with a baby toe. She checked it out and shaved it down after explaining her diagnosis. I was encouraged that I was headed to a healed toe. Then her asst came in and "recommended" a few products to purchase. So I bought them. Soap that was a total waste of money to exfoliate the toe. Considering it was the side of my toe, this was a ridiculous recommendation in reality. Then a toe lift which actually was very helpful when I could wear it and finally Salicylic Acid. That absolutely ate the skin on my toe . . . instructions said to apply it twice/day and I only put a drop on in the morning... read full review

    Very prompt service. This place flows like clockwork. Very professional and knowledgeable employees here and i've had a great experience at every visit. I tried the Mod Pod products and really liked them. So much that I bought more online for Christmas gifts.

    Here are some things to be aware of when seeking treatment from Dr. Nicole Freels and Lexington Podiatry:1. Your follow up visit for something like the removal of an ingrown toenail is NOT covered. Even cosmetic surgeons include a follow-up visit. Dr. Nicole Freels, I hope you're reading this. 2. Billing is the most insane I've ever dealt with. They want YOU to pay upfront while they bill your insurance and then the business will refund you--allegedly. No thanks. 3. NONE of the ridiculously over-priced products which are largely epsom salt, tea tree oil, and pumice stones have prices.
