Myself and my sister used Lairson plumbing for years. They have always been bad about answering or returning calls. But my most recent experience has been absolutely terrible. I called them twice in a week to take care of an urgent issue, no response. Just to bug them to death and hopefully get a response i called them 26 times. I don't know how anyone runs a business without returning calls. I'll pick a new plumber. If i could give them a minus 100 degree rating I would. Lairson plumbing, please close your business because you obviously don't know how to run a business
