Michael blanford is too inconsistent. We’ve been chatting through email, for a month and a half and accomplished absolutely nothing. Had to send a follow up email. He sent times available to meet at office, upon arriving at the time selected they mentioned he was out of office and on vacation. Unprofessional

i called a spoke with a little girl. She dropped the phone , she eating and she finally said hello. She was saying what, hun, I on no---. Customer service has gone to hel. These kids are taking companies out of business

If I could give it 0 stars would I’m a vet have been trying to work with them for over a month very little support, guidance ,or actionable tasks. They send out generic leads that go nowhere and just gather your information so you can be spammed with false job leads. This way it look like they doing something. How hard is it to gather a list of vet friendly jobs with training and direct vets to meaningful employment opportunities.

Uh why does it show the back of a building with 10 red doors or a bunch of trees? Is this a scam location that just eats tax payers money and does not exist?
Almost no positive reviews and no one from this place even tries to respond to reviews? How is this legal but I can't cross a street where I want?

The one time in my life that I request unemployment I I don't get it. I'm currently 36 years old been working legally since I was 16 never before I have requested unemployment and the one time that I needed it, I don't get it. Welcome to the American dream. I hope everyone knows that we are actually paying for this. And yet some of us when we actually need it don't get the assistance. And those that have barely paid any towards it requested multiple times in their lives and they end up getting it. This is an absolute joke.

Drove from frankfort to Lexington to try and find my wife's missing check...tried calling prior to get a answer so I didn't waste my time...get there and guess what...they wasted my time! Said we didn't call even though my wife called multiple times and asked to receive a call back...that didn't happen.people in the front were ride and miserable and quite frankly devoid of a soul or any kind of human compassion.

In a place full of people trying to help grouchy and ungrateful people with outdated equipment and tech, (Velma Thompson) truly sticks out. She has taken the time to help me every time I've came in and made sure I understood everything necessary before I moved on. Without her help I would've given up a long time ago. She truly cares. She gives hope for a better relationship between the unemployed and the information needed to get them back on their feet.
