This is the best studio and system that you could find anywhere in or out of Lexington. All the instructors are knowledgable, encouraging, and realistic about what self-defense is and how it's used.I always feel comfortable and competent in and out of lessons because of how well the material is taught. Professional, clean, and always improving - signs of a truly great business and martial artist.
