Smart, friendly, and helpful. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I bought a rug secondhand, and thought getting it cleaned was a smart idea. I knew nothing about getting carpets cleaned, so I emailed this business. They got back to me quickly with pricing and information. When I dropped off the rug and picked it up they were so nice. A+ experience!
Excellent service for my two large oval braided rugs. They did a bit of repair, stitching several seperated braids. They also cleaned with excellent results. They completed on time with good communication throughout. I opted to prepay for a reduction in price. An excellent option and benificial to both of us.
