I just had my first in person experience with this company and their technician Keith was outstanding. It was especially heartening when I asked what a new unit cost and he said I'd have to call the office for a price. No sales tactics, gimmicks or pressures. Keith checked my system, got everything running right with a smile on his face. I spoke with Michelle about a new unit and she was very informative and helpful. I have the utmost confidence in this company and would highly recommend them to family or strangers. Very honest people here.
