This was my first time at Jiffy Lube and I received exceptional service! Clay was my service technician and his customer service was top notch. I will be back again soon for my oil change. I would definitely recommend this location.

I went into Jiffy Lube because Valvoline messed up my oil plug. I took them about 30 minutes to get the damage plug out. They did a fantastic job and walking me through everything that was needed and they helped me out with a couple of coupons because times are hard. They are super informative very supportive, and I feel very comfortable in saying that I will be using their services again. They took care of my Subaru like it was one of their own cars and broke everything down for me so then it was easy to understand. The customer service was amazing. I appreciate everything they did.

I went to the Jiffy Lube for an oil change in Lexington by the Meijers. The staff was great! Got me in and out, told me about some things I need to check and did not pressure me about additional services, which always makes you want to return.
