I highly recommend Hill's Flowers and Wine. I live out of town, and submitted my order for a floral arrangement online. Veonca Hill responded promptly by email, answered my questions, and made sure that order was just what we wanted. The arrangement was beautiful, and was delivered right on time. It was a pleasure doing business with Hill's Flowers and Wine.
Now this IS what real customer service SHOULD be like. Hands-down best experience I’ve had in years. Absolutely stunning bouquet ? for our daughter, hand-delivered, on short notice (my fault) and because the owner of this business felt “motherly” towards us & our situation, I was in tears! Give this business a try, it’ll be worth every penny. ??????????
Such a wonderful experience ordering flowers from here! The website was easy to navigate with beautiful arrangements at very reasonable prices. The delivery updates were amazing - I knew where the flowers were every step of the way. The recipient loved them, and I loved that the note was even handwritten! Thanks Hill’s Floral Design, I’ll absolutely be coming to you all for all future Lexington flower deliveries!
