“Our 10+ year old window ac unit died and I asked Higher Hands to install the new one. It took a lot of work to switch them out. Jackie was super friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and incredibly patient with a truly difficult job. It was definitely not an easy remove/install job. I chose them based on their reviews and the fact they’re veteran owned/operated was another deciding factor. They do an excellent job of communicating. Jackie showed up right when he was scheduled. “I recently used Back Construction on a chimney project at my house. I took three bids on the project And Back Construction was the only contractor who “thought outside the box” and developed a plan to get the project done at a reasonable price. The project involved a substantial amount of masonry work and carpentry work. The project was completed in a timely fashion and extreme care was taken not to damage any of my landscaping or fencing. Every detail of the project was explained to me in terms that I could understand. I would like to thank Mikael Miller (Project developer), Schon Holman (Project manager), Tim Phillips and Kyle Adkins (lead carpenters) For their knowledge and expertise. It was a pleasure meeting them all, and I will definitely consider Back Construction for any future home projects that may come up.“

“Armando is fabulous to work with! He is trustworthy, dependable, reasonable, dedicated, and truly committed to his profession. He came to our home to help determine why our interior floor was swelling from water at our back door. He was thorough, timely, and very knowledgeable. He was able to use our bathroom floor to replace the damaged floor at the back entrance. He carefully and meticulously pulled the bathroom floor up and fit it in with the salvageable floor near the back. It was a seamless fix. He then replaced the bathroom flooring with a different floor and it looks great! He is truly an excellent and extremely dependable handyman who takes great pride in his work. He cleaned up after himself and it never even looked like he did work in our home. He is excellent with communication as well. Which is INCREDIBLY difficult to find these days. He showed up when he said he would and that was a breath of fresh air. We definitely did not have to hunt him down to get a quote or get the job completed. We were very thankful for that.
