BGVG is AWESOME! Finally, I found an eye doctor that actually cares, knows what to look for, and tells me the truth about what's going on with my vision! I've worn glasses since the 2nd grade and contacts since highschool. Not only did I need bifocal glasses, but they hooked me up with multifocal contacts, too, which have changed my life! Their office is welcoming, their staff is super friendly, and get this....they have an office pet gecko named Frederick! If you're looking for individualized attention, state of the art eye exams, or a doctor that doesn't rush you out the door, I recommend going to BGVG over other major chains, for sure. Dana is the sunshine of the group. She has such a great eye for selecting glasses that make you feel like a hundred bucks! The time and patience that she gives to the patients is above and beyond. Thank you Bluegrass vision for also having so many convenient locations to shop for Eyewear.
I had an amazing experience at Bluegrass Vision in Hamburg. The doctor was incredibly kind, caring, and professional, and the entire staff made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived.
Everyone was warm, knowledgeable, and truly focused on doing the very best for their patients. The level of care and attention was outstanding, and I really appreciated how comfortable and well taken care of I felt throughout my visit.
