I had a great experience at Great Clips Lowry Ln., Lexington, KY. I made an online appointment and was greeted with a smile by Toni when I arrived. When I told her that I was donating my hair for cancer patients, she was so excited. She immediately got a plastic bag for my ponytail. She measured my ponytail, removed it and listened to how I wanted my hair styled. We had a friendly, fun and warm conversation while she styled my hair exactly like I had wanted. Toni is a professional stylist and very personable. I was able to donate over 15” of hair to a worthy charity. I highly recommend Toni!

My stylist, Sheree, listened carefully to what I wanted and offered some helpful suggestions. They were skilled and efficient, and I was genuinely impressed with the results. My hair looks healthy and the cut is exactly what I envisioned.

Kenisha was awesome! I came in because I had my hair cut at a different Great Clips and didn't get the cut I wanted. (The cut wasn't what I asked for too long in spots, blocky on the back. The stylist never asked me what I thought and spent less than 10 minutes on me.). The wait time at that store was too long so I went to the Regency center store. Kenisha was my stylist and she assured me she could give me the cut I wanted. I get nervous because I like to keep the top longer (It curls.) and it often gets cut too short.
