Sometimes a blessing from God comes in the shape of a business. I never imagined a business like Firstlight was available. This is not a one and done business. Amanda and Jennifer in the office have gone above for me - from scheduling problems, to the wonderful team they have. I have been using them for weeks and weeks and the level of service has never declined.

I am writing this as an employee and I have worked for some really shady companies, and this is not one of them. The staff genuinely cares about the clients they serve and it is not about the dollar for them - trust me. I've been doing in-home care for 13 years and the things I have seen and heard would leave you with nightmares and not want to be anywhere near these companies as an employee. FirstLight has been a breath of fresh air. You can't judge them by a bad experience with a field worker.
